The Role:

They’re looking for a business driver, to work in their Growth team in the Global HQ, based in Central London. This is an exciting role as they’re continuing to evolve their Growth function, bringing together business areas and wider focusses across media, creative and social, ensuring that marketing is also fuelling their business ambitions. The role is wide-ranging and challenging – you’ll be an active and important part of supporting their ongoing growth. You’ll work directly with the Group CMO and Global Head of Media, their Global Management team, and alongside other members of a supportive and fun-loving business development team.

What you’ll do:

You’ll be responsible for helping drive growth across all fronts – from active pitching, to inspiring organic growth and leading outbound prospecting efforts. More specifically:

· Identify potential new clients and formulating prospecting plans to convert them. Managing CRM platform (Salesforce).

· Write and distribute prospecting content across email campaigns, LinkedIn and events.

· Developing thought leadership in collaboration with others, for new business purposes and marketing.

· Help to run RFIs, RFPs, and full pitch processes.

· Build relationships across their global agency network

· Help to evolve their processes and strategy


· Experience of having developed and managed new business prospecting workstreams

· An understanding of business, marcomms and economics as well as first class written and organisation skills and attention to detail.

· Curating of relevant information from sources to gain understanding of particular market segments/clients/communication trends – demonstrates clear understanding of what data is required and what data is relevant.

· Thinks ahead in order to establish an efficient and appropriate course of action for self and others.
