As Team Assistant / PA – this is a critical role to ensure that not only that the business runs effectively, but also that people enjoy the work and the culture in the office. We want to be able to do high-quality work and be a great place to work.
The majority of the role will be to support the team in the delivery of work – this will likely include organizing travel and workshops, venue searches and recommendations, working with designers to prepare materials, diary management as well as liaising with clients. This requires professionalism and attention to detail – some quick thinking and problem-solving is inevitable as plans often get changed
They also need support from office management – ensure the team has what they need, and organize events/experiences to enjoy time outside of the office. Here it’s important not only to be able to organize but also to be able to contribute to the office culture. Finally, the role includes some PA support for Director.
As the role will be client-facing – good interpersonal skills, a positive attitude and reliability will be important. They will be most interested in candidates that can demonstrate both resourcefulness, organizational skills, and pride in what they do.
