Our client is a creative comms agency working with some of the world’s biggest brands developing campaigns that are at the cutting edge of culture

Amongst some other huge names, they deal with Adidas, Reebok, Coca-Cola, and Bowers & Wilkins. The agency is looking for someone to take the next step as a Lifestyle Account Manager. You will be responsible for the efficient day-to-day management of some of the agency’s most high-profile accounts. We require someone who can take charge, be responsible for driving accounts forward, and always be one step ahead. Therefore, for the ideal Lifestyle Account Manager, you need a clear passion for the entire lifestyle and culture space. As well as having an ear to the ground for the latest trends. Living and breathing fashion, music, fitness, and street culture is key.

Key Responsibilities:

· Ensure that the client always feels they are getting the best, most professional service possible
· Being the central cog in your team to ensure actions are identified and completed in a timely manner

Presentation Skills:

· Developing your physical presentation skills and building confidence in competently talking to clients through a document or pitching an idea
· Communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing throughout internal and client-facing comms

Social and Digital Media:

· Demonstrate a thorough understanding of social media platforms and the digital landscape
· Manage the reporting process, including drawing key insights to inform strategic recommendations

Experiential:

· Work to ensure that campaign activations are delivered on time and within budget, flagging early any issues or concerns to ADs
· Plan, organize, and manage events, including coordinating: venues, invitations, guest lists, press materials, managing suppliers, etc
