A global data and measurement-driven media agency, their mission in the media space is to make brands more valuable to the world. The Learning and Development Associate Director role will develop and deliver key programs and initiatives to make sure essential clients feel invested in.

About the role:

The Learning and Development Associate Director position plays a key role in developing strategy and consistency across the board. Some roles include: manager effectiveness, leadership development, employee engagement, change management, onboarding and team development. An implementation overseer with clear direction.

About You:

Although it is not defining, some media agency experience would be a massive plus. As the Associate Director, understanding of quantitative and qualitative data is key. These data types are integral to developing strategy. The ideal candidate will have proven project manager, planner and organizer who can handle several complex projects simultaneously. And be champion essential values and culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Trading Design & Facilitation:
• Partner with SMEs to develop leadership and technical skills training
• Build a set of well-established metrics to measure effectiveness and impact of learning solutions
Employee Experience:
• Develop insight-led strategies and approaches to create moments that matter across the employee lifecycle.
• Consult, support and partner with the global Talent team to create a positive and inclusive experience
Business Partnering & Consulting:
• Ensure all levels of leaders across the organization have the resources and programs to support their teams.
• Identify and implement innovative and relevant learning & organization development solutions
