Our client is an exciting and growing beauty brand

The Instagram Manager will report into the CEO to support with creative development, concepts and ideas. In this role, you will be responsible for the management and execution of social media strategies across the brand’s Instagram account. This role also includes supporting the organisation of photoshoots, events and campaigns. A key requirement for the successful candidate is commitment. As a start-up business in the growth phase, they require adaptability and flexibility, and with this comes lots of opportunity. Ultimately, this role will require you to support their creative vision. Their goals and plans for 2024 are big as they continue on their path of growth! The successful candidate will join them on their small business growth journey as they strive to improve the sustainability factors in their brand, bring out new products and continue to grow their social media presence across all platforms.

  • Daily management of Instagram account
  • Ensuring a continuation of their already established brand presence
  • Maintaining a community driven approach in line with their brand identity including building relationships with creators and their community
  • Optimising social media strategies accordingly with a cohesive brand vision
  • Keeping up with the latest trends and reflecting that in content posted
  • Strong ability to capture and edit content (including an ability to use Canva)
  • Organisation of social media calendar in line with events, photoshoots and campaigns
  • Bringing campaigns to fruition through working with Advertising Team, Brand Executive and TikTok Manager to ensure consistency
  • Account reports and analysis curating of KPIs in accordance to reports
  • Keen eye and understanding of the beauty industry


About you :
  • Experienced and efficient in using Instagram
  • Previous examples of successful social media campaigns and strategies across Instagram
  • Free-thinker that is active in sharing ideas to the rest of the team
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • Passion for social media
  • Ability to copywrite SEO captions and hashtags that are appropriate for Instagram
  • An eye for capturing content
  • Open and committed attitude as part of a start-up culture
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills
  • Love for all things beauty and cosmetics!
