Our client is looking for a Content Commissioner to join one of their very prestigious in-house labels. You will work alongside the Creative Director to deliver forward-thinking and culturally relevant content for an absolutely incredible artist roster. The ideal candidate should have comprehensive negotiation skills and experience commissioning long and short content, production of campaigns and general understanding of content budgets. This Content Commissioner role is unique in market and an exciting challenge for anyone looking to expand their existing knowledge of music focused content creation. They are a digitally savvy business and we are looking for digitally savvy individuals to join their team.

SKILLS

Creative:
• Working closely with artists and managers to define and realise the content output for individual campaigns
• You will work closely with the marketing, social and digital teams to ensure content is faithful to the artist or project vision
Technical:
• Know your way around Tik Tok (as a consumer and as a creator) as well as have the ability to self – shoot and edit on other formats
• Adapting artwork for marketing and advertising assets across multiple formats
Administrative:
• Working closely with business affairs, finance and insurance teams to ensure projects are paper – worked correctly
• Handling and working with Artist/label pitch documents
The role is expansive, and the ideal candidate will be excited by finding innovative ways to champion artists, and their campaigns

REQUIRED

• You have demonstrated the ability to attract, retain, and grow an audience through compelling content
• You are good at multi – tasking, juggling competing priorities, and organising yourself to ensure you deliver on your commitments
