Our client is a Marketing consultancy, working with world beating brands and Agencies

They connect progressive brands and agencies, opening new doors. They help brands unlock commercial advantage through their marketing intelligence platform, and their pitch consultancy which aims to modernise agency search.  They also have an  editorial platform which  explores new trends, boundary-pushing topics and creative work that is driving the industry forward. They aim to set a progressive industry agenda and are becoming an increasingly provocative, disruptive and modernising voice.

This is a key role within the Account management team, with responsibility for managing the key services offered to its brand and agency clients. The Account Manager will manage pitch projects for brands and lead their own roster of member agencies.

Key responsibilities for the role will include:
  • Managing brand review projects
  • Project managing the pitch processes from start to finish – including planning, ensuring meetings go smoothly and managing feedback
  • Providing a consultative approach to brands advising on direction, the agency landscape and best practice for pitching
  • Liaising with agencies– including managing logistics, briefing and debriefing agencies
  • Servicing member agencies
  • Building close relationships with member agencies
  • Providing consultancy on agency brand, credentials, RFI responses
  • Managing subscription renewals
  • Liaising with the wider team including to help deliver additional value
  • Ensuring agencies are well equipped to best use the platform
  • Working within the AM team to ensure the smooth running and organisation of day-to-day agency matters – including updating agency status, organising meetings, logging all activity in CRM (HubSpot)
Key skills / requirements

A minimum of 2 years Account Management / Marketing experience within a brand/agency/media owner or entrepreneurial environment

Strong organisational skills – comfortable dealing with multiple clients and tasks at any one time with a keen eye for prioritisation and time management

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Genuine passion for the industry and for agencies of all disciplines and sizes

Confidence to deal with a range of clients and levels – both on brand and agency side

A strong ‘can do’, positive and collaborative attitude, a natural relationship builder and service-minded when dealing directly with customers
