CKMedia remains business as usual and fully functional, with us all set up and working from home. We continue to keep our candidates and clients at the heart of all we do.
We are interviewing candidates via video calls and our team stays in touch with daily checkups, starting the day with a team call, full of positivity, remaining mindful of our mental health. In short, we are ensuring the service you expect from CKMedia stays unaffected. Our back office/finance staff are also set up to work from home ensuring our temp team can expect timesheets and pay to be processed as smoothly as ever.
We are running free one-to-one video workshops for our candidates and the wider job seeking community. Our workshops aim to give CV, career and interview counselling, or simply the opportunity to talk. They are there for anyone that might benefit, please spread the word. Our virtual door remains open for all.
With over 30 years expertise, we are working closely with our clients, offering advice on short term recruitment planning, salary benchmarking and insights as well as supporting and giving guidance on new ways of remotely recruiting and onboarding, employee retention and engagement and more. We are all working together to overcome any hurdle during this crisis.
