This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR Manager to join this prestigious Publishing House.
You would be working with the HR Director identifying HR priorities and delivering a proactive and business-focused HR service. You will be the Employee Relations and Reward champion within the team, with experience in M&A, restructuring and change management.
You will be required to support, alongside the HR Director, NUJ negotiations and consultations, as well as working closely with the L&D Manager in the design and delivery of the learning and development agenda for your client areas.
You will need to be CIPD qualified, ideally chartered with at least 4 years experience at a similar level; have proven ability to think strategically; bring extensive ER experience especially in the areas of restructuring and M&A; have experience of managing Trade Union relationships; have proven ability to deliver development interventions; and, be able to show strong influencing skills through experience of successfully implementing HR initiatives that support business priorities.
