You will ideally have a good 2-3 years experience dealing with all aspects of accounts administration to be able to hit the ground running in this fast paced and well known brand team.
Your duties will include the collation of all projects costs, to budget tracking, liaising with suppliers, quoting, estimate construction, through to time sheet analysis.
This is a great opportunity for a corporate administrator to make the move to a more media centric role, or indeed a media accounts administrator to move into a new challenge within this highly rewarding, dynamic Advertising agency.
The ideal candidate will have a can-do attitude, an eye for detail and top level skills in all Microsoft Office packages - especially Excel. Experience with Microsoft Project would be an added bonus.
