You will ideally have a good 2-3 years experience dealing with all aspects of accounts administration to be able to hit the ground running in this fast paced and well-known brand team. Your duties will include the collation of all projects costs, to budget tracking, liaising with suppliers, quoting, estimate construction, through to time sheet analysis. This is a great opportunity for a corporate administrator to make the move to a more media centric role, or indeed a media accounts administrator to move into a new challenge within this highly rewarding, dynamic Advertising agency. The ideal candidate will have a can-do attitude, an eye for detail and top level skills in all Microsoft Office packages - especially Excel. Experience with Microsoft Project would be an added bonus.
