You will be working as a team administrator in one of their busy, fast paced teams. Your days will be extremely varied and will include; supporting the finance team with administrative tasks, supporting your team with all ad-hoc duties, updating the client contact list, co-ordination of magazine subscriptions, arranging flights and logistics, assisting with pitches when required, taking minutes from team meetings and actioning when required.
This is an extremely busy role and would suit someone who will be able to hit the ground running in a busy team environment.
1-3 years experience in a similar role. MUST have advanced skills in Word, PowerPoint and Excel and general IT skills. Photoshop would be an advantage.
