Working for this top, cutting edge Design agency you will have a varied role as Receptionist/Office Manager. This will involve; Organising all recruitment, training and supervision of reception staff, organisation of diaries, travel and accommodation, facilities management, organisation of in-house functions, managing post distribution, daily banking and couriers and assisting with general reception duties. You will need to have top notch organisation skills as this is a varied role and will require someone who can multi-task and work well in pressured situations. You must also have great communication skill and have a friendly disposition, as you will be in contact with all visitors, clients and staff. Need at least two years experience in a similar role and a good working knowledge of all Microsoft Office packages.
