This is a great opportunity for an experienced Team Assistant with a media backgroung to join this top Ad Agency based in fab offices in the West End.
Working on one of their large accounts you will be supporting the account director and their team. Your day to day tasks will include; compiling and formatting complex PowerPoint presentations for pitches, organising meetings (internal/external), taking calls and messages, opening job numbers, any ad-hoc duties as and when required.
This is a varied and busy role and would suit someone who is confident and can use their own initiative, has the abiltiy to multi-task, is organised an has a 'can do' attitude towards tasks.
Must have advanced PowerPoint, Word and Excel. Must also have a media background.
