A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Studio/Traffic Manager to join this leading creative Ad agency.
You will be responsible for maximizing the efficiency of the studio by implementing appropriate and best practice procedures and managing the day to day running: the team, external resources, supplies, equipment and meeting rooms. As a priority you will oversee traffic/workflow through the studio, ensure workloads are reasonable and achievable, maintain timesheets and liaise with other departments within the company on deliverables.
You will also be responsible for talent management, student programmes and ensure the studio has adequate freelance resources.
You will ensure the technical infrastructure works correctly and you will be responsible for building key internal/departmental relationships.
You will need at least 3 years experience in a similar role and be able to bring some exposure to working with an ATL agency and experience of working as a Traffic Manager.
