9 Month Maternity Contract - Senior PA For Ad Agency
London - Up to 28K

A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Media PA to join this leading Advertising Agency and take on a truly pivotal role.

You will have at least 3 year's solid experience as a Senior PA and be able to come with Media Agency exposure.

You will be adept at supporting multiple Director's and be able to demonstrate this through experience. You will be someone who brings an energy and enthusiasm to all that you do and be unflappable in pressurised environments.

Your key duties will include: multiple and complex diary management, extensive and complex meeting co-ordination, detailed and ever changing travel co-ordination, visa arranging, research, creating detailed and high spec PowerPoint presentations, gate-keeping, building relationships with key personnel and stakeholders and ad hoc  HR projects.

You will ideally have experience of working within a global role and be able to think 'outside the box' when scheduling.
