A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Team co-ordinator to join this leading PR agency. You will be responsible for supporting senior Directors and team members, facilitating the smooth running of a large and vibrant account management team. You will need to have at least 3 years experience working as a team assistant/co-ordinator and be able to demonstrate experience with office management duties. You will thrive is a support based role and be able to juggle and prioritise a variety of tasks at any given time. You will have extensive experience in dealing with diary management, travel co-ordination, itinerary mapping and all aspects of administration. Your skills will be top notch, being able to provide advanced levels in all Microsoft Office packages. A background in PR would be beneficial and/or experience in any media agency environment as a Team Assistant.
