A truly fantastic opportunity for an experienced PA/Team assistant to join a dynamic and fast moving HR team. You will be responsible for supporting the Global HR Director and providing HR administrative support to the team and business. You will need to have proven PA/secretarial experience - a minimum of 3 years and be able to bring with you experience of HR administration. Your duties will include extensive scheduling on behalf of the HR Director and team, gatekeeping, organising team events/Christmas party, processing expenses and meeting and greeting visitors. HR duties will include daily use of SAP, acting as first point of contact for HR queries/issues, conducting exit interviews, delivering monthly HR induction’s, co-ordination of benefit programmes and monthly payroll processing. Skills required include knowledge and experience of SAP and Lotus Notes. A general awareness of HR best practice, policy and payroll processes would also be beneficial.
